Your access to and use of the site is subject to these Terms of Use of the Villa World services including, without limitation, vacation rental registration and other services which may be offered from time to time by Villa World on this website.

The Membership and its related services are offered to you on condition that you accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

This site is controlled and operated by Villa World LLC 863 Spring Park Loop, Unit #202, Celebration, Fl 34747 who reserve the rights to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. The Member shall be deemed to have accepted any such changes or modifications by continuing to use the site A copy of Villa World’s standard Terms and Conditions including any such changes made to such Terms and Conditions from time-to-time is available at http://www.villa-world.com//terms.asp or a new address of which Villa World gives the Member notice.

The Member is defined as an individual person who is accessing and subscribing to the services offered by Villa World. Members may not subscribe to more than one account and may not share accounts. If a Member has more than one account, Villa World reserves the right to aggregate the Member’s usage across all of the accounts for purposes of calculating fees and usage charges.

The term of the Member’s subscription is effective as soon as we make the Member’s property registration entry available to the public ("publishing" the entry).

Villa World will provide a property registration service to the Member upon payment of the initial subscription. At the conclusion of the subscription period the Member will have the option of renewing the subscription as a Yearly renewal at the current subscription rate.

If the Member pays by credit card and signs up for the optional automatic renewal feature, then the Member authorizes Villa World to charge their credit card upon subscription renewal at the current rate for another subscription term. The Member may opt out of the automatic renewal option by logging into their account and accessing the account management menu at . In the event of unauthorized access to the Member’s account, the Member must notify Villa World. The Member will remain responsible for all charges to Member's account until Villa World has been notified.

The Member may cancel their service at any time by notifying Villa World. Villa World will not refund any paid portion of a subscription.

Villa World shall endeavor to provide all of the services offered in accordance with industry standards. Villa World will credit any amount paid by the Member in the extent of a failure of the services which renders the services unusable except to the extent caused by the Member or based upon acts or conditions which are beyond Villa World’s reasonable control, provided that the Member reports such problems to Villa World immediately upon discovery and requests an adjustment within 7 business days of such failure. In no event shall Villa World’s liability exceed the most recent Annual Payment by the Member to Villa World.

The Member acknowledges that Villa World has not made any representations or warrantees with respect to the quality of the services or that the services will be accessible on a continuous basis or that such accessibility will not be limited or interrupted from time to time, and Villa World specifically disclaims any such representations, warrantees, or covenants. The Member acknowledges that Villa World shall not be liable or responsible for consequential damages, lost profits or other damages of any type or nature, even if Villa World has been advised of such damages. The Member acknowledges that sole remedy for any such failure is set forth in this section. The Member acknowledges that Villa World may, upon receipt of a complaint, with respect to any of the Member material or any other reason, prevent the Member’s material from being accessible through the service, provided that Villa World shall have no obligation to prevent such access and no liability to the Member or any third party for Preventing Access to or failure to prevent access to such material.

Villa World does not represent any of the property owners. Villa World cannot guarantee the validity or accuracy of any statement made on property listing pages.

Villa World is NOT A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN ANY STATE OF THE USA OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. Any arrangements made between property renters and owners are made independent of us.

The Member represents and warrants that any material which the Member places on the service will not

1. Violate the rights of any 3rd party and will not give rise to any claim of such violation.
2. Contain or transmit any software disabling devices, internal controls, or spamming agents.
3. Violate any federal, state or local law, rule or regulation of any type of any nature (civil or criminal).

Villa World may terminate the term and the Member's right to use the services on the site at any time without cause by sending notice to the Member. Villa World may terminate the term and the Member's right to use the service immediately without prior notice on a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Member. In addition, the Member may also terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to Villa World and discontinuing use of the service. Terminations by the Member will be effective 30 (thirty) days after the date on which Villa World receives notice from the Member and the Member will be liable for fees and charges set forth in the Member selected subscription level through the end of the Member's current subscriptions. No refunds will be given if the Member cancels the Services, or if Villa World cancels the Services due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and under no circumstances will any termination of this contract result in a refund exceeding the unused portion of any fees paid to Villa World.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance of the laws of Florida. Any dispute or action arising out of the these Terms and conditions or any Services provided by Villa World that you, any third party or Villa World bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with shall be brought only in the courts of England and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of the said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

All notices given by Member shall be in writing and addressed to: Villa World LLC. 863 Spring Park Loop, Unit #202, Celebration, Fl 34747. All notices to the Member shall be given either in writing, via regular mail, email or via telephone to the address, email address, or telephone number indicated on the About Page.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Member will permit Villa World to use its name and trademarks for promotional and advertising purposes: provided that such use accurately reflects the relationship of the parties. By signing up for services, the Member has agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions represent the parties entire agreement and understanding, supercede any previous oral or written agreement and may only be modified pursuant to a written agreement or as permitted by this paragraph hereof.
