Beautiful Beach-Front Condo Available at Bargain Rates

This condo is near the center of the building on the 12th floor of The Summit, very conveniently located near the elevators.  The living room opens to a large balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, and the view is magnificent.  Just below are the twin swimming pools, the hot tub, and the poolside tiki bar.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer with an automatic icemaker, a dishwasher, and a private washerdryer that will save you time and money.  Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and flatware are all included.

The living room offers a large (27¶) flat screen television with a VCR/DVD player and cable.  A second television with cable is in the bedroom.  Both rooms have a telephone, and local calls are free.

Sleeping accommodations are ample.  The bedroom has a king size bed, while the livingroom has a fold-out queen size sleeper sofa.  In the hallway are two built-in bunk beds, particular popular with kids.  In all, the condo wll sleep up to six.  Linens are included.
