After a hard day at the theme parks what could be better than returning home and relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine or beer. The pool area has been extended with a large covered area over looking the conservation view. And a full range of patio furniture including a BBQ.

The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Our Villa is situated in a quiet community off the Highway 27. It is just 5 minutes to the 192 and all its restaurants, shops, theme nights etc. It can also be easily reached from exit 55 of the Interstate 4. It is just minutes from Walt Disney World and is perfectly placed for all the attractions of Orlando. It is also located from other Championship Golf courses. Which was designed by Greg Norman and many other Golf courses are close by. And only 45 minutes from the gulf coast.

For the comfort of all our guests this is a no smoking villa, although smoking is permitted on the deck area.  No pets are allowed. 

For Snowbirds (or anyone wanting a bit of sun in the winter) our villa is available for rent all year round. Discounts are available for the longer stay.
