Long Version....
This is a family owned and locally managed home.

Clear Creek is approximately 1 mile (1.6km) north Hwy 192 on Highway 27 and approximately 8 miles (12.5km) to the main entrance of Walt Disney World. It is just passed busy Kissimmee and gives you a chance to really relax after a busy day. At the entrance of the community there is a shopping center with everything you need. There is a full service grocery store, gas (petrol) station, bank, take out pizza, hair salon, post office and more. There is a large park area and a playground structure nearby as well for the younger ones. It is just a fabulous location. There is a new Walmart Supercenter just over 1 mile from the home.

Once you arrive at the home, you will be greeted by someone from our management company. They will give you the key and a tour of the home. We have a “treasure chest� just for the kids. The kids may choose two toys (one for each hand) to keep.

Upon entering the home you will instantly feel welcomed. Its’ tropical décor will lift your spirits after a busy day.

In addition to the “treasure chest� we have bins with an assortment of toys and games for most ages, a bookshelf with books for the young and old and a Nintendo Game Cube (a few “E� rated games available or bring your own games). There are pool toys (to use at your own discretion) outside, including two life jackets for the little ones. The backyard is fenced to allow the kids to play freely and to insure your privacy.

We also have available, at no charge, a crib, a high chair, stroller and other infant needs.

For the cook in the family, we personally made sure the kitchen has all the small appliances that we have become accustomed to having at home. There is your choice of ice maker, wide slice toaster, blender, mixer, bread machine, coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino maker, and a food processor. We also include a spices.

In addition to the small appliances, there are the standard, eating utensils, spatulas, mixing bowl, colander, can opener, knives, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, grater, glasses, plates, bowls, baking pans, hot mittens, cookbooks, recipe box (we encourage you to bring your favorite recipe) and we also have plastic flatware, cups, plates, and bowls for toddlers.

There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The family room has plenty of sitting/lounging space and directly opens up to the pool area. There is a large screen T.V., DVD and VCR player, a few movies (all G, PG or PG-13 rated), Nintendo Game Cube.

For those who can't leave their work at home, there is Free Internet Broadband.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms. One looks out onto the pool area, has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The other has a queen size bed, private bath and a standard closet. This is wonderful when two families are sharing the home.

Bedroom three has a double bed, bedroom four has two twin beds and the den (fifth bedroom) has a queen size sleeper sofa. All rooms have closets. The den also has an additional T.V. with DVD and VCR player.

The third bath is conveniently located for all to use including opening onto the pool area.

There is a two car attached garage.
