LUXURIOUS PRIVATE 4 BED (2 MASTERS), 3 BATH VILLA, 2 LOUNGES, POOL OVERLOOKING CONSERVATION AREA

Our Villa was chosen for its position overlooking a conservation area and woodland from the pool deck.

All rooms in the villa are carefully furnished to our own very high standards with all bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and utensils provided.

There is a formal lounge with romantic dining area for those special nights.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances. There is a large fridge/freezer, a famaly sized dish-washer and waste disposal unit, and the electric oven and hob has a built in microwave. There is also filtered drinking water.

The main family room has a 27¶ TV and DVD player, plenty of sofas and space in which to leave the kids to play. You will find books and games in the cabinet for your enjoyment.

There are 2 master Bedroom suites, which make it ideal for two famillies.

 1 with Queen sized bed with TV/DVD player and wardrobe closet linked to its own en-suite bathroom with WC, his and hers wash basins, a walk in shower cubicle and bath, and

1 with King sized bed with wardrobe closet linked to its own bathroom with WC, wash basin, walk in shower cubicle and bath.

2 Twin Bedrooms each with tv's, sharing a house Bathroom with WC, wash basin and walk in shower cubicle complete the sleeping areas, although if required there is a double sofa bed in the front lounge which will sleep a further 2 people.

The separate laundry room has a wsahing machine and dryer, together with an iron and ironing board.

You will love the screened pool enclosure overlooking a conservation area and woodland, you can relax on the pool deck. Chairs, table and loungers are provided. The 26' x 13' pool slopes from around 3 feet  to 5 feet and has steps, a seat shelf and underwater lighting. Pool heating can be arranged, usually required between November and March at an additional charge.  

All bedding and towels are provided as part of the package, and our local agent will ensure the beds are made up and the Villa is cleaned before you arrive. 

Our home is fully air Conditioned for your comfort, which can convert to heat when and if it becomes a littlechilly.

There is an in house safe for your use.

The Villa is licensed for rental with the Florida division of Hotels and Restaurants meaning it is in full compliance with State safety standards, these include smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.

Our management Company is on call 24 hours a day in case you encounter any problems during your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping and pool services.
