Our villa is located within the prestigious development known as ¶Countryside¶ Tuscan Ridge, which is situated on the convenient Highway 27, Davenport, Florida.

Tuscan Ridge has a children's play area and tennis court.
Our home is close to all major attractions & only 15 minutes to the Disney World Resort.

Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are just minutes away.

For the golf enthusiast our villa is ideally located for many spectacular golf courses.

Description

Our villa is completely furnished, to an exceptionally high standard, and consists of 5 bedrooms (2 en suite), 3 bathrooms, fully screened private swimming pool & spa, and fully air conditioned throughout.

FOYER AND LIVING ROOMS

Foyer leading to the spacious living room. There double sliding doors open to the large covered patio/lanai. A SECOND FAMILY LIVING ROOM HAS CABLE TELEVISION WITH SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM, DVD AND A CD PLAYER.
There is also a desk area with phone point for internet access if required. Sliding double doors lead out to the pool area. Both these rooms have been designed and furnished by an interior designer to a very high standard with 3 and 2 seater sofas, armchairs and occasional furniture. Co-ordinating soft furnishings complete these comfortable, spacious rooms.
The formal dining room seats six.

KITCHEN

Our large open plan kitchen has a center island unit and a breakfast bar. It is well equipped for 12 guests with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
It has a gas cooker, built-in microwave oven, large, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled drinks dispenser a dishwasher and garbage disposal unit.
Just off the kitchen is the laundry room consists of a large washing machine, tumble dryer, sink unit, ironing board and iron.
Through from the kitchen is a breakfast nook which has seating for 4 people and overlooks the pool area.

MASTER SUITE

Our master suite has been luxuriously furnished and has a king size bed and cable television & DVD player. THERE IS ALSO A SITTING AREA WITH DIRECT ACCESS OUT TO THE POOL & SPA. PERFECT FOR THOSE EARLY MORNING DIPS!
Off the bedroom a large en-suite bathroom which consists of a separate toilet, walk in shower, corner bath and his & her vanity wash hand basins.

2ND MASTER SUITE

This room again has quality furnishings, a queen size bed, cable television and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity wash hand basin and toilet. THIS BEDROOM ALSO HAS DIRECT ACCESS OUT TO THE POOL & SPA.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4

Both these bedrooms are twin bedded rooms and have a connecting bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and separate wash hand basin and vanity unit.
Both bedrooms have cable television. Bedroom 3 also has a PLAYSTATION 2 games console.

GUEST SUITE

This light and airy room is situated of the main living area. It is a double bedroom with matching furniture, large closet, feature double doors and a beautiful picture window. This room has cable television & DVD player.

SWIMMING POOL & SPA

Our private swimming pool is screened. Spa & pool heating is also available as an option if you prefer.
The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children.
The large deck area has a SPA/JACUZZI and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers.
THE LARGE COVERED PATIO/LANAI IS PERFECT FOR EVENING RELAXATION AND AL FRESCO DINING.
