Luxury 4 BR/3 Bath Villa South West facing Pool & Spa overlooking a Lake and Conservation area

VILLA

Our single storey fully air conditioned villa consists of a large luxury open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and 4 bedrooms, two master suites and two twin rooms.

We hve tried to include everything you may require while staying in our home all you need to bring is food and clothes.

FAMILY ROOM

Tastefully furnished to the highest luxury specifications our spacious open plan living area has a three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa and chair. Cable TV and DVD player with a selection of films, board games, books etc. Telephone with free local,long distance and international calls.

KITCHEN

Our fully fitted gourmet kitchen and dining area comes complete with all modern appliances i.e. dishwasher fridge freezer etc. Included is a large selection of pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen in a purpose built cupboard you will find a large washing machine and independent tumble dryer. The adjoining dining area has a formal table and chairs.

BEDROOMS

Our villa contains four large bedrooms (2 master suites), with en-suite bathrooms, king size beds, built in closets, clock radio's and TV/DVD's. Both have access to the pool, one via patio doors and the other via the en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each contain twin beds,TVs, built in closet and drawers, these two rooms share a third bathroom.

POOL AREA

Our fully screened south west facing 25ft pool with adjoining spa can be heated if required, it over looks a lake and wetland conservation area, and is angled away from the adjacent villas. The pool is surrounded by a large brick paved patio, which includes a covered lanai for shade. The patio is furnished with4 sun loungers,  large table and 4 chairs 2 reclining chairs and 2 stools. All doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. Pool toys and inflatables are included.

GAMES ROOM

Located in the garage is our games room  which comes equiped with full size pool table, air hockey and fussball tables provided free for you to use. Great fun for relaxing in the evening at home.  We have added a ceiling fan for your comfort.
