YOUR SANCTUARY IN THE FLORIDA SUN - LUXURIOUS 4 BED, POOL VILLA, 10 MINS TO DISNEY

The Villa consists of four bedrooms, each with cable TV, two of which are master suites, one King bed and one Queen both with en-suite bathrooms (no arguing to who will have the  main bedroom) the remaining two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a common bathroom. The Kitchen comes well equipped with all the appliances including Dishwasher and Microwave, the Dining area with table and six chairs. The Family room boasts a wide screen TV, DVD Player. The Pool area (not overlooked at the rear) has  table, chairs and sun loungers. The Bathrooms all have tubs, with the exception of the en-suite with the Master Bedroom which has a huge walk in shower. There is also a Washing Machine and Tumble dryer

¶The Sanctuary¶ is in a prime location being 1 mile from exit 58 on I-4. A beautiful drive through the pGate there is a ¶Subway¶, Chinese,French and Italian restaurants, a Publix supermarket, a hairdressers, video shop, McDonald's and a B.P garage. To the left of the Sanctuary ( 1/2 mile ) takes you to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find Walgreens ( 24 hr pharmacy ), Beef O'Brady's pub, Chinese takeaway, garage and other local shops. 2 mins drive is the new ¶Championsgate¶ golf course's designed by Greg Norman. For your privacy the sanctuary is a gated community, in the evenings access is granted via a coded keypad on the main gates This villa is considered executive class due to the quality furnishings inside and the secure community in which it is located.

The Sanctuary Community is situated on one of the highest points in Central Florida - so high that on a clear night you might see the fireworks from Walt Disney's Epcot. Walt Disney World Main Gate is just 10 mins drive away, Sea world, Universal Resort within 25 mins, Orlando International Airport approximately 1hr. Not to mention all the world class shopping, dining and attractions along International Drive and Kissimmee - again just moments from your front door.
