Executive 4BR pool/jacuzzi home, situated on the perimeter of the resort of High Grove

Situated on a corner plot on the perimeter of the exclusive High Grove Resort this two storey villa features an upgraded furniture package to provide you with the very best of comforts for your vacation.  The 'porched' entrance leads directly into the spacious family lounge with stairs leading from it to the first storey.  A dining area and large, well-equipped kitchen lead from there to the pool-bath and laundry area. 

Access to the paved deck area is via the pool-bath or sliding doors from the lounge.  For young children's safety & security, access to the deck is alarmed from the villa.  The 26' pool and separate jacuzzi overlook the fenced perimeter area and can be heated should you wish.  We provide loungers and a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a large parasol when the sun becomes too intense.

Upstairs are two master suites, the largest of which boasts a separate shower enclosure, garden tub and twin washbasins with a separate WC.  A king-size bed, walk-in closet and large dressing table/mirror & satellite TV complete the amenities in this bedroom.

The second master bedroom, which overlooks the rear of the villa, has a queen-sized bed, a large closet and dressing table/mirror with private access into the family bathroom.   This bathroom which also has access from the landing provides a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.  We also have. temporarily, set-up a games console in the queen-bedded room with a small games library.  We plan to move it to the large twin-bed room when we next visit.

Two twin-bedded rooms make up the remaining bedrooms.  Both provide ample closet space and a chest of drawers each.  The largest has a CD/cassette/radio for your, or your teenagers, enjoyment!!

Our villa is carpeted throughout where appropriate.  It is in full compliance of State safety standards and provides smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and alarms on the doors leading to the pool.  We also have a monitored alarm system, operated by touch-pad for peace of mind and have installed a safe for your valuables.

Our management company offer a 24-hr service should you have any problems during your stay.  They also offer an additional maid-service should you wish to avail yourselves.
