Dolphin Villa Florida built in May 2004, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury furnished pool home with games room. Two master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite, these rooms also have 19¶ cable TV with DVD. The two twin rooms share the main bathroom, these rooms also have 14¶ cable TV's. The 5th bedroom to the front of the home doubles as a second TV room with a double sofa bed 20¶ TV and PS2.
The home has an open plan sitting room, dining room with a fully equiped kitchen. The main lounge also has a queen sleeper sofa and the dining room seats six. There is a large TV with DVD / VCR combi  and Hi-Fi system.
The garage area of the home holds the laundry area and the games room with pool table, table tennis and electronic darts board. There are also spare patio chairs and a 10-1 multi games table.
The private pool is only overlooked to one side, backs wooded area and there are views of the disney fireworks in the evenings. The patio area has upgraded furniture with two loungers and table to sit six.
