STUNNING Extra-spacious 4BR/3BA Home with COMPLETELY private Pool & Spa NR DISNEY

'The Palm' is all on one level, so there are no stairs to worry the elderly or very young.  MUCH bigger than most of the 4 bedroom rental homes in Orlando, it benefits from the privacy of two completely self-contained bedroom suites, which is great for two couples or families traveling together.  It has a lovely English designer-decorated interior - and unlike many of the Florida pool homes, enjoys a COMPLETELY private, solar-heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi hot tub (noisy or curious neighbors are unable to spy on your sunbathing/swimming activities!) with an extra-large sunbathing and al fresco dining area in a pretty planted courtyard setting. The pool area is south facing so gets the sun all day.  We have installed a (removable) pool security fence for your peace of mind if you have young children playing around the pool area. 

We have furnished the pool area very much as an extra outside living area - there is a full-sized glass- topped dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 4 easy chairs plus another small round table.  Plants, ceiling fans, the built-in electric barbeque, music speakers and adjustable atmospheric lighting will all add to your outdoor living enjoyment.

The west facing rear of the house overlooks the Golf Course (16th Fairway) - we like to step outside the rear door to enjoy the wonderful views in the evening sunshine, or take a stroll. 

You'll sleep well in the two beautifully-decorated king and queen-sized bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master suite has a very large bathroom with sunken corner bath, walk in shower and separate wc & bidet.  Two good twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TVs, the Master suite has a DVD player as well.  Spread out and be totally comfortable in the two spacious living and dining areas.  There is full air-conditioning AND ceiling fans in all rooms. A sophisticated, integrated sound system pipes your favorite music to all main rooms, including the pool area!

The fully-equipped kitchen with its black granite worktops and separate laundry room make life that much more pleasant for when you have to make the effort to cook or do some laundry. A separate GAMES ROOM, TVs in all bedrooms, CD/DVD player, a small library of books and CDs, and a built-in electric BBQ are all provided for your enjoyment, as is free high speed Internet access for your laptop and free local phone calls.

It's an easy stroll to the Clubhouse with its excellent restaurant & bar (breakfast and lunch). Only 5 minutes drive (or you could even walk, if you felt energetic) to a 24 hr hypermarket & restaurants. The Palm is right on the PGA-rated golf course with wonderful views. There are at least 10 other Pay & Play Golf courses nearby; so keen golfers could play a different course everyday.

In summary, this lovely privately-owned vacation villa is near the attractions of Disney and Orlando, but away from the mayhem.... Having just purchased 'The Palm' in July 2004, all the furnishings and equipment are new, and we have tried hard to provide all the things and little extras that we ourselves appreciate when we rent vacation properties - so hopefully we will exceed your expectations when you visit!
