[Location]

As the name suggests, The Reserve at Town Center Resort is a small, exclusive, gated community. The 94 villas that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastle colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling immediately as you drive through the gates. The community is set in a conservation area and is built around two lakes.

The Reserve is situated less than 10 minutes from Disney, and just a few minutes from a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and the championship golf courses at Champions Gate, yet is located in the most tranquil of settings.

[Accommodation]               

Villa Repoco was built in early 2003, and is a 4 bedroom,  3 bathroom luxury home with a south facing pool overlooking the lake. The perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks, shopping, or on one of the many quality local golf courses.

It can accommodate 8 guests comfortably, and a further 2 by use of the sofa-bed in the lounge. It enjoys a bright, spacious open plan living area (sitting and dining areas) with high vaulted ceilings. Cable television, video / DVD, and Hi-fi along with a selection of DVDs, CDs and videos are provided. 

You can eat at the formal dining table which looks out to the pool deck and the lake beyond, or maybe have a snack at the breakfast bar. Alternatively, it's always nice to eat outdoors. The choice is yours.     
                                                    
The well equipped kitchen has a full size cooker with oven, microwave, dish washer, and a large fridge/freezer with ice making machine. There is also a coffee maker and a food processor. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a long breakfast bar. There is also a concealed utility area with washer and tumble dryer.             
     
The 2 master bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, cable television, and have direct access to the pool deck via patio doors, providing views of the pool and lake beyond. There are large walk-in dressing areas off both en-suites. Additional access to the pool deck from one of the en-suite bathrooms.

In addition to the 2 masters, there are a further 2 good sized bedrooms with twin beds. These bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a third full bathroom. A further TV with PlayStation2 and games is provided in one of the rooms.

The pool deck is south facing and therefore has many hours of sun. There are quality chairs, recliners and loungers to ensure your comfort when relaxing. A pool fence is provided for the safety of young children when needed. As the pool looks over the lake, your privacy is guaranteed.
