'Stateside' a 4 Bed 3 Bath Luxury Villa with South Facing Private Pool

For the avid golfers there is a championship 18 hole course half-a-mile away and other courses only a short drive from the villa. Situated on Highway 27 and minutes from the 1-4 and192, the villa is within easy reach of the major Orlando attractions, on a direct route to Tampa and 30 mins from Orlando International Airport.

Our luxuriously furnished villa is fully air-conditioned.

It comprises of 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities (ideal for two families sharing). The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, an en-suite with a large shower, (a door from the en-suite leads to the pool area), a walk-in closet and an additional cable TV/DVD/CD player. Patio doors open out to the pool area.

The second en-suite bedroom has a king sized bed, a bath with shower and large built-in wardrobe. It also boasts the third cable TV/DVD/CD player. The two twin bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes and share the third bathroom which has a bath with shower and doors at either end, making easy access from both ends of the villa.

The large family room has a sleeper sofa for two people, three seater sofa, cable TV/DVD/CD player, and patio doors to the pool area. At the other end of the large family room there is a formal dining table and chairs for six people.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and nook area for four people.

Outside, the covered lanai and extended south facing, private pool area, backing onto pine and citrus trees complete this wonderful holiday home. The floodlit pool slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points. Sun loungers and four seater dining set are provided for your enjoyment of the all day sunshine.

The washer and dryer are situated in the large double garage which has access from the inside of the villa.

We appreciate that the ¶little extras¶ sometimes added locally can increase a family's budget and so we provide, absolutely free of charge, a travel cot, highchair, stage 2 car seat, golf clubs and barbecue. All rooms are uniquely decorated.

The villa is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. The villa is in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and an alarm on all access doors leading  to the pool deck.

We manage the property ourselves and are on call 24 hours in case you encounter any problems with your stay. The home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services.
