NEAVE VILLA - EXCLUSIVE HOME NEAR DISNEY

Our home is fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Set on the beautiful and much sought after Calabay Parc it provides the best in accommodation.

Each en suite master bedroom has direct access to the pool and sun deck and both are equipped with American king size beds. The two twin rooms, one of which is tastefully Disney themed, share a third bathroom with bath and shower. All linen, towels and 4 hairdryers are provided. Cots and highchairs are available if required.

The large covered pool area is secluded by palm trees and landscaping and comes complete wirth a simply operated spa / jacuzzi and full range of padded patio furniture. A range of pool toys are also provided. The pool and spa can be heated and lit if required. A child safety fence and pool door alarms are provided for maximum safety.

All rooms have cable TV ( 6 sets in total ). Also provided are 3 DVD players, movies, plastation 2 with games, 4 CD / radio players, clock radios to each bedroom and 3 telephones with free calls.

The childrens living room / den is a great place for the kids to escape from the adults and contains a huge sleeper sofa bed if needed.

The villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with drinks maker, coffee maker, blender and everything else imaginable.

We have a seperate utlity room with washer, dryer and iron and board.

Inside the house you will find books and maps to help you enjoy your stay. We also offer a full 24 hour management service who are on hand to assist any aspect of your stay.
