Watch the cable tv which has over 60 chanels to choose from, or chose a dvd from the selection we have provided, play one of the board games with the family or simply enjoy a cd with a glass of something cool! The dining area is tastefully furnished with mahogany dining table & chairs for those more formal meals while the breakfast nook is ideal for quick snacks before you head out for a busy day at the parks!

The luxury, limed oak kitchen has ample work surfaces and units and is fitted with a full sized oven, hob, large fridge freezer with water dispenser & ice maker, built-in microwave oven, automatic dishwasher and waste disposal unit. We have included all the crockery, glassware, cutlery & cooking utensils you need to prepare meals for eating in. There is a large walk-in larder and a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board. A double garage leads off the utility room with plenty of space for two cars.

The master bedroom is a calm retreat with its queen sized bed dressed with luxurious linens and white whicker furniture. The walk in wardrobe & dressing table offer ample storage space and we have also added a remote control cable tv, clock radio & telephone. This bedroom features spacious en-suite facilities including large walk-in shower, twin marble basins & WC.

The second double bedroom has a bright & airy feel. Overlooking the pool, it also has walk in wardrobe & clock radio. There are also two twin bedrooms served by the family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, twin basins & WC. We also provide two roll-away beds which can be used in any room for your convenience.
