Brand New November 2004 Luxury 4BR/3Bath Villa with private pool and spa

Our villa is on the quiet highly sought after Orange Tree development with 10 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Orlando International Airport.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people and ten if using the bed settee in the sitting room.  The sitting room is large and airy with a high vaulted style ceiling, there is a separate dining room and leading from the sitting room is a large fully equipped kitchen and nook (breakfast area) with direct access to the pool side.  There is a further Family room (second lounge) with TV and DVD player.

There are  four bedrooms, the Master bedroom with a lovely en-suite with jacuzzi bath, double sinks and double shower  and direct access to the pool.  Another bedroom has a full bed set and en-suite with direct access to the pool once again.  The other two bedrooms have twin beds in each and share a bathroom. 

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwaive, washing machine and dryer.

Our Villa is on a corner plot and has a double garage.  Outside there is a covered porch wth table, chairs and lounges and a private pool with spa.
