Sea World is only about 15 minutes and Universal Studios is close also. Golf courses are abundant around our villa and there are lots of shopping places, groceries and more. Both coasts are about an hour away for beach fun. And don't forget NASA Space center. Lake Davenport is a block away from our villa where you can enjoy the sunrise, fish, and relax in quiet. You may even get to see the hot air balloons float by just after sunrise. Our community also has a community heated pool, play ground, and tennis courts. So much to see and do!! A Super Walmart is just a half mile away. 4 large grocery stores are also within a mile of our home. A 24-hour management company is on call in case you encounter any problems with your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, landscaping, and pool services, and other maintenance.
