Captiva Cutie  is located on Laika Lane, a very short walk from Captiva's classic village - and a short stroll to Captiva's white sandy beach.  The lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for this cottage that has been referred to as ¶cute as a button.¶   It is a fully detached private home with 2 queen size beds, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.  Recently remodeled and decorated in a fun tropical theme it has Mexican tile and wall to wall carpeting.   We kept the charm of this special villa with our updates. (sleeps 2-8)  Golf and tennis are nearby on Sanibel Island.

Captiva Breeze ~ is our luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath Old Florida style home with over 4000 sq ft of living area.  It is a new home (built in 2003) and has a private pool and spa.  Captiva Breeze is located on Wightman Lane, Captiva Island, a short stroll to either the beach of village.  It offers granite kitchen counter tops, French doors, several porches, an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible, a Captains walk (roof sun deck) with views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico, HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS and many extras.  (sleeps 2-10)
