Adventurers' Club - Luxury 7 Bed/6 Bath villa with Game Room

The Adventurers' Club was the idea of George and Arlene Clark who wanted to provide a decidely unique experience in a rental home where large and small groups alike can enjoy an adventureous vacation.

In addition the Adventurers' Club: 

• is fully air conditioned with gas heat,
• has 2 cribs, high chairs, and strollers,
• has a hair dryer in each bath, 
• is equipped with pool alarm, security system, smoke detectors,
• does not allow pets & smoking,
• has ample parking in driveway (garage used for game room),
• is located close to tennis courts & golf courses, grocery and drug stores, several great restaurants,
• is within 10 minutes from Disney attractions,
• is within 25 minutes from the Universal attractions, and
• is wheel chair accessible.

The villa home is located on Sea Pearl Circle and Star Lake of the prestiguous, gated community, Formosa Gardens Estates.

Furniture is elegant and highest quality.

The exquisite dinning room is complete with a 7' double elephant pedestal base table and a striking Michalangelo painting.

The full size kitchen is spaciously open to the dinning room, breakfast area and the family/living room with ready access to the second floor.  It is large, yet everything is within reach.  The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, large side-by-side refrigerator (ice maker), dishwasher, two coffee makers, bean-grinding mill, electric hot pot, and toaster.

The breakfast area contains a most interesting elephant-supported table and an intriguing roman biblical scene. 

The large family room is equipped with a stunning 60¶, wide screen, high definition, LCD TV, a progressive scan DVD/VCR combination player, a large depiction of the coronation of Napoleon, two microfiber love seats and a couch that open to 6 recliners.

Game room has a 27¶ TV, pool table, air hockey, and a slot machine.

All bedrooms contain flat screen TVs, DVD/VCR Combination players.   Bedrooms consist of 4, stunning king bed, master bedroom suites, a futon set bedroom with an X Box and 2 roomy twin bedrooms, one with an X Box. 

A computer business center is present with DSL internet access, printer-fax, and unlimited long distance calls (USA). 

The 40' x 15' pool is exposed to sun throughout the day.  A spa is located at one end of the pool while a  kiddy pool is  located  at the other end.  Access to the pool is at each end with stairs and shallow water with 6' deep in the middle affording easy access to pool from the spa or kidde pool and sport games playable from each end.  The pool contains 2 rotating colored lights.

A 10' x 30' sun deck with stainless steel natural gas barbecue grill and 4 lounge chairs is located outside of the pool enclosure affording great sun exposure from mid day to late afternoon all year. 

Pool deck and Lanai have 4 round tables, 16 chairs (including 4 recliners) and 4 lounge chairs.   

There is a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board in the utility room.
