   This luxurious and very spacious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom (3 en-suite) villa with it's own Large South facing heated pool & Fully equiped games room, awaits your arrival!

   Located at the very attractive entrance to Rolling Hills Estate at Formosa, it is very close to all the major attractions and highways that Orlando has to offer, saving you time on travelling! Our villa is beautifully furnished with ample seating areas, affording 2 lounge areas and 2 dinning areas. Our well equiped kitchen has everything you'll need from a hot oven to the ice maker.

   Our villa has 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful ground floor double and a further 2 'fantastic' twin bedded Nemo and Disney Princess themed rooms for the kids, which share a large en-suite bathroom. All our rooms and bedrooms have their own independant Cable Tv's.

   If it's luxury that you are looking for but with a slightly lower price tag, you've found it! We have just recently refurnished our villa and unless our guests are all telling us lies, it's looking very good.

   When most visitors book vacations in Orlando, the main reasons are the Disney/Theme parks and the all year round sunshine. Our villa is only 2 miles from Disney, saving you time on your daily travelling and queues. As for the sun, why not come back to our villa after a day out and relax  by our large South facing pool, if the sun's still out, it'll be on our pool & sun deck. Or alternately, why not use our New Games room comprising of a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, 'bristle feel' electronic darts board and a 32¶ Tv with X - Box & games.
