Happy's Villa - 5Bed/4Bath Pool Home with Game Room

Happy’s Villa in Indian Creek is a 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home with pool, spa, and game room. It was newly constructed - completed in February 2004 - and sleeps up to twelve people. The oversized lot has been tastefully landscaped in the traditional Florida style including brightly painted exterior, and a palm tree on the front lawn.
The interior has been carefully decorated and furnished with the comfort of our guests foremost in our minds. The Interior features include:
- Vaulted Ceilings
- Two Master Bed/baths with King Sized Beds, cable TV( one room has vcr/dvd player, the other has dvd player), ceiling fan, phone, and am/fm clock radios. These room have private entrances to pool and lanai.
- The Main master bath has an oval tub, double sinks, shower with built-in seat and 28 inch wide door. Safety bars have also been installed in this bathroom for those who need them.
- One Bedroom with Queen sized bed, ceiling fan , cable TV, and dvd player (has its own unattached bathroom)
- Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room.
- There is a pack and play pen, highchair, and stroller
- Great room with two ceiling fans, cable TV, am-fm/cd player, vcr/dvd player and sectional sofa with queen sized pull-out bed. There are various games and books available for your enjoyment.
- Fully-equipped kitchen:
- refrigerator
- dishwasher
- electric range
- microwave and other small appliances
- Breakfest nook that seats six plus two at counter.
- Formal dining room that seats six.
- Game room featuring a pool table, air hockey, fooseball, and cable TV.
- Laundry Room with full sized washer and dryer
- Includes Long Distance calling plus International calls
Off the rear of the home is a 16 by 12 ft. covered lanai with ceiling fan that leads to a completely screened in patio with a 26 x 13 ft pool ranging from 3 - 5 ft deep, pool safety fence, and extra wide steps and safety rail for entering and exiting the pool. Also, there is a raised spa attached to the pool.
Patio furniture includes a table with four bar type chairs, two lounge chairs, and another round table with four chairs.
Indian Creek amenities - basketball & tennis court, putting green, soccer field, walking path, and kid's playground.
