Large 4bed/3bath Pool Home with Large Screen TV and Game Room

Come enjoy all that Orlando and the Florida area has to offer while staying at our four bedroom, three bath, full-furnished home, located at Indian Creek, close to many shops and excellent family restaurants and all this just five minutes from Disney World.

The home sleeps ten adults. Two in the master bedroom, two in the queen bedroom, and two in each of the other 2 twin bedrooms and lastly the sofa in the great room pulls out to sleep a further two people.

Our home was newly constructed in 2003 with vacationing families in mind including such amenities as a Game Room, Large Yard,  South facing private heated Pool and Spa along with much, much more.  This home comes complete with a full size washer and dryer.

·          One Master en-suite bedroom with king size luxury bed with TV (sleeps 2)

·          One Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV (sleeps 2)

·          Two Twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent bathroom (sleeps 2)

·          Great Room with pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) -Large Screen TV

·          Formal Dining Room

·          Fully equipped kitchen including;

o         Microwave

o         Dishwasher

o         Washer & Dryer

·          Game Room with Pool table, TV and  Foosball

·          Private heated South facing screened swimming pool with spa

·          Baby equipment including high chair, strollers and  pack-and-play.

The Great Room contains a large screen TV, queen sized pull out sofa bed, love seat and chairs.  The eat-in kitchen is fully quipped with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mixer, to name a few.    For a more formal meal, relax in the dinning room which seats six.  For a more casual atmosphere, dine by the fully lit poolside. 

We specifically tailored our home to meet the needs of your children.  They can play in the Game Room, complete with a Pool Table, Foosball, TV, or enjoy a variety of games, books and activities.  They can also ¶chill out¶ watching DVDs, Video Tapes, or take a splash in the pool.  Playground including basketball court, soccer field and baseball field are only a few steps away.   For young children a high chair, strollers and pack-and-play are available for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, closet, dresser, remote controlled TV and radio alarm clock.  The master bath is complete with whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and attractive double vanity area with hair dryer. 

There are three additional bedrooms; two with twin beds.  The third has a queen size bed.  All have of them have plenty of closet and drawer space and access to two additional bathrooms.

One of the best features of this home is the 26-foot completely screened  south facing pool with attached spa.  The pool can be heated for you to enjoy during cooler weather.  There are two sun loungers, four chairs and a table on the patio for basking in the Florida sunshine!  Plenty of pool toys are provided for your aquatic enjoyment.
