From as little as 42 cents per day you can provide comprehensive details about your property, display full-color photos, rental rates, show the property availability calendar, see what guest have written in the guest book and have full access to the online Booking Management System.

We accept most major credit cards, personal checks or payment by direct bank transfer. All payments must be in US$
Refunds
Our policy is not to give refunds to Members once your property has been published to the Internet.
This is because most of the work on our site takes place during the first few months of a Member joining. During this time we not only update a number of pages on our site, we also submit your pages to the search engines for indexing and ranking.
Another reason for this policy decision is because we do not charge any setup fees and absorb all the costs involved in the initial setup of your account and unlike most of competitors we do not pass these costs on to you.
Our listing prices are set based upon the assumption that the listing will run for a full year, and Members are under no obligation to renew their membership when it expires on the anniversary date.
