Our policy does not offer any discounts for multiple properties as our pricing is very competitive, but all accounts with multiple listings will receive individual web page for all of your vacation rentals with thumbnails and links to each property.

Charges will be shown on your credit card statement as "Villa-World".

Our policy is not to give refunds to Members once your property has been published to the Internet.

This is because most of the work on our site takes place during the first few months of a Member joining. During this time we not only update a number of pages on our site, we also submit your pages to the search engines for indexing and ranking.

Another reason for this policy decision is because we do not charge any setup fees and absorb all the costs involved in the initial setup of your account and unlike most of competitors we do not pass these costs on to you.

Our listing prices are set based upon the assumption that the listing will run for a full year, and Members are under no obligation to renew their membership when it expires on the anniversary date.
