As a "Platinum" Or "Gold" Member your entry will be automatically entered as a "featured property" and will appear randomly on the Villa-World opening page throughout the term of the paid subscription and can also be viewed from the opening page by clicking the link "more featured properties".

Linking to your existing web site is easy. If you already have a property registered on our site, we've generated all the links that you need. We also provide a comprehensive list of examples on our links page.

We allow two outbound links from your listing. We do not allow links to other competitor’s sites or any other unsuitable site, and please note that we review the content of every property page on our site and will edit your content if you do not adhere to the policy.

You can upgrade your Membership category at any time in order to show more photographs of your property.

All that you pay is the difference between your existing category and the one that you are upgrading to.

You can easily upload any of your JPG or GIF images online, or if you prefer you can send us digital images by email. If your pictures are original photographs then these need to be sent to us by surface mail.

Please remember that if you decide to email photo images to us, it will take a few business days for us to process and upload them. If you choose to send original photographs by surface mail it will not only take time for us to receive them but also a few business days to scan them to a digital format using professional imaging software and then upload them.

We do not charge any extra fees if you choose to email or send your photos by surface mail.

You may email your photos to photos@Villa-World.com or send them by surface mail to our postal address.

It is very important that when you send your photos to us in this way, that you include your username and property name. If you would like us to return your original photographs back to you, then please include a $20 check to cover postage, shipping and handling. If you send us original photographs by surface mail then please remember to pack them carefully to avoid damage.

Original photographs are required for quality and copyright purposes. Photocopies, brochures, postcards, slides or negatives are not acceptable.

We accept most digital images, but the most common image used on the web is JPG format as it has very good reproduction qualities. We accept the JPG format for automatic photo uploads.

You may email us almost any photo format and we will be happy to convert it to a usable type. Some file formats we have worked with include:

The guestbook is where guests who have stayed at your vacation home can write of their experiences, thus giving important feedback as to how they found your rental home. This also can be a valuable tool for potential guests to find out how others have enjoyed the home before making a booking themselves.

All reviews have to be approved by the home owner prior to being posted up onto the site in order to help prevent abuse of the system.

When a guest writes a review and submits it to the site the homeowner will automatically receive notification by email and all pending reviews can then be either approved for publication or rejected by simply logging in to your account and clicking on the link.
