Renters are aware that each property sets its own refund/cancellation policies and fees. We strongly recommend that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the owner/agent. Villa World recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance at your own expense. We are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
Any arrangements made between property renters and owners are made independent of us. Villa World is NOT A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN ANY STATE OF THE USA OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD and is not acting as the property management/agent for any property owner.

All rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Please note that Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and Villa World cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries.

Villa World strives to reduce the volume of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) delivered via the rental inquiry form. To that end, inquiries are monitored and filtered by Villa World via human and technological means prior to delivery to owners or agents. Despite our efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway. It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of Villa World’s filtering efforts.
